About the Author

My name is Paul L. Beisel. I am married to Amy and have four children, ages 14 to 2. I live in Warsaw, IL and have served Concordia and Messiah Lutheran Churches (Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod) since 2002. In 2004 I was awarded the Master of Sacred Theology degree from Concordia Theological Seminary and since then have been able to do some online and classroom teaching at the collegiate level. My academic interests include New Testament Studies, the New Testament use of the Old Testament, and Early Christology. I do not currently have a Ph.D. but would eventually like to work toward it.
